A 3wk course for those who know basic crochet stitches. This course will build upon Crochet 101 or a previous continuing crochet course. Students in this course many be at different crocheting skill levels.
Crochet 101 or basic knowledge of crochet stitches are required!
Continue skills you've learned and start an easy project such as a swiffer cover, make up removers and exfoliating cloths, coaster set, etc. Find your own pattered labeled as beginner or easy. Participants will learn how to read patterns, how to change colors and several new stitches to build upon the basic stitches learned in Crochet 101.
Bring a copy of your printed pattern, a crochet hook and at least one skein of yarn to start (refer to your pattern to see what yarn to buy).

Crochet: Granny Squares

This versatile crochet project! Granny squares are a time honored crochet project and almost everyone who crochets has made a granny square at some point! Granny squares are crocheted in the round and can go continuously to make a bigger project such as an afghan or wall hanging; multiple granny squares can be joined together to make several different projects such as scarves, tote bags, pillow covers, etc.
Some basic knowledge of crochet stitches is required to join this class. Students will learn how to make a solid granny square, a multi-colored and how to join squares together. Bring a crochet hook and two different colors of medium (#4) yarn to the first class!
